Reservation Requirements

STAGE 1: Initial Requirements – Required upon unit reservation

  1. Filled-out (RA) Reservation Agreement Form
    • First Page
    • Second Page
    • If you use the offline page 1 (also applicable for page 2) use the guide below,
      • Front page - please write your information on the shaded area marked in Green and sign on the Red Conforme area,
      • Second page - sign on the Conforme area at the bottom and write the Reservation fee at the top right area (also encircled in red)
  2. Two Valid Government IDs with Photo and signature
    • The Signature, Name, and Address must match the ones on the RA form, (Both spouses' ID if married)
  3. Data Privacy Consent Form: click to download
  4. Monthly Payables Form: click to download
  5. Reservation Fee – ask your agent for the amount
    Payment Methods:

    • Cash, Check to your authorized sales representative OR via cashier at our main sales office at Victoria Towers.
      The check must be made payable to New San Jose Builders, Inc.
    • Local or International Bank Deposit to our official bank accounts: https://victoriamanila.com/bank-accounts/
      Must provide bank deposit slip.
    • Electronic Transfer/Remittance via Online Bank Apps to our official bank accounts: https://victoriamanila.com/bank-accounts/
      Must provide a screenshot of the transaction with a reference number.
  • An Acknowledgment Receipt will be provided to the client if the Reservation Fee is Cash or Cheque.

  2. Driver’s License
  3. SSS ID
  4. TIN card (photo-bearing, plastic card type)
  5. Unified Multi-purpose ID
  6. GSIS ID
  7. PRC ID
  8. Voter’s ID (with biometric) card type
  9. Postal ID (photo-bearing, plastic card type, with scanned signature)
  10. Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) ID
  11. Seaman’s Book
  12. PAG-IBIG Loyalty Card
  13. Firearms License
  14. Integrated Bar of the Philippines ID
  15. PNP/APP ID
  16. NBI Clearance
  17. Police Clearance with the same features of the NBI Clearance

For those buyers with Attorney-in-fact:

  • Notarized Special Power-of-Attorney
  • Photocopy of at least two (2) valid government-issued ID with picture and clear signature of Attorney-in-fact.

STAGE 2: To-follow Requirements – Required upon the signing of the Contract To Sell, the contract to sell is usually released within 10-20 days after reservation.

  1. Proof of Birth
    1. If Single, provide Birth Certificate (Must be from the NSO)
    2. If married, provide Marriage Certificate
  2. Proof of Billing
    • Must be the Latest, at least within the past 2 months.
    • The name and address on the bill should be the same as on the ID provided and on the reservation form.
    • If renting please provide Certification from the Landlord with ID and 3 specimen signatures
    • If no proof of billing with the conditions above couldn’t be met, for example, the buyer is a foreigner or a Filipino that has no address in the Philippines, please contact us.
  3. Proof of Income
    • Must be the Latest, at least within the past 2 months.
    • The name on the bill should be the same as on the ID provided and the buyer’s name on the reservation form.
    • If no proof of income with the conditions above couldn’t be met, please contact us.
    • Applicable:
      • Payslip
      • Certificate of Employment with information on salary
      • Contract, if contractual
  4. Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR)
    • If a foreigner / non-Filipino citizen.
